Micro Spray Nozzles

Micro nozzle features and specs posted by ioos

The micro nozzles can be operated at low atomizing gas (air) and liquid pressures. Air and liquid are externally mixed to produce an extremely fine atomization. External mixing is particularly advantageous when atomizing medium to higher viscosity liquids, such as polymer solutions, since there is minimized risk of clogging compared to inner-mixing spray nozzles. A conical spray pattern is produced. The small liquid and air orifices produce a precise and uniform spray pattern.
